Oberon was purchased as a young horse and after thorough training with Marco Verbeek, Suus and Harrie took over the reins. Under Suus, Oberon jumped an unprecedented number of clear courses at international level and under Harrie, Oberon performed fantastically in the final of the FEI World Championships for seven-year-olds in Lanaken.
